Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Please email us immediately at info@gigiluxeboutique.co.uk with your order number.

A: Please allow 8-20 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and the item's demand.

A: At Gigi Luxe Boutique, each item is lovingly sourced and shipped directly from our international partners to offer you our luxe pieces at the best possible value, thoughtfully chosen and shipped with care.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We're always looking at ways to expand, so international shipping may be something we offer in the future.

A: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible.
