Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

During particularly busy periods, such as launches, promotions or seasonal sales, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather conditions or particularly busy periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Parcels

Occasionally, an order may be dispatched in more than one parcel.

If this happens, we’ll provide separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you realise that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gigiluxeboutique.co.uk.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@gigiluxeboutique.co.uk and we’ll be happy to investigate the delivery with the relevant courier.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost or there is another delivery issue, we’ll work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with your consumer rights.
