We want your Gigi Luxe experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

UK Standard Delivery — £3.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
FREE UK DELIVERY
On orders over £60 🤍
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? That’s absolutely fine. 🤍
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve notified us, you’ll have a further 14 days to send your item back.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant or other marks
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging where possible
Please try items on with care, as we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the item.
RETURN POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as Gigi Luxe Boutique cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.
If an item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. We will provide further instructions.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@gigiluxeboutique.co.uk as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.
Please do not return faulty, damaged or incorrect items without contacting us first.
